Overnight Oats



  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup



  • Place all ingredients into a large glass container and mix until combined
  • Cover and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. A mason jar is recommended for this but a tightly sealed bowl or tupperware will also work.
  • Eat with your favorite toppings including nut butter and fruits. Can be stored for up to 5 days.


For a vegan option, you can sub greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt, or with nothing at all. Choose a plant based milk for your milk of choice. Opt for gluten free oats to make this gluten-free friendly
