FitTripRx is a journey to achieve your fitness goals. It’s a holistic, 12-week challenge designed to create sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. It is a journey to achieve your best you through education, action, competition, reward,  accountability, and results.

Sign Up.

Sign up at your fitness center to compete in the challenge. Register at the club and receive your FitTripRx website invitation link, complete a Health History Questionnaire and receive information about the program.

Measure In.

This is your starting point. You will receive an advanced analysis of your body composition using our InBody 570. The body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis measuring fat, muscle, resting metabolic rate and total body water. Once a baseline is complete, additional scans will display your progress and allow you to focus on your goals.

Compete.

We arm you with the tools you need every step of the way. You’ll receive online access to MyFitTripRx -- your personal online accountability tracker for your journey. You'll use this to complete action items that not only get you healthier, but earn points towards the competition.

In addition to the online tools, we'll offer onsite nutrition seminars and/or special classes and additional challenges along the way keep your momentum high and give you the opportunity to earn even more points. We know 12 weeks is a long time -- we want to keep you in it, keep you motivated and help you achieve your best you. 

Measure Out.

It’s time to see how you did! Using the same InBody technology from your measure in, you will receive your final body analysis with a full, comprehensive report including lean muscle mass, fat mass, resting metabolic rate and total body water. You will receive points based on your improvements.

Win.

This is where the hard work pays off. Points are tabulated and each club will have a male and female winner. Grand prize winners are announced and honored at the winner’s banquet.
